Info-Package stuck in Yellow status. Selected number of Docs does not agree

Former Member

Selected number of Docs does not agree with transferred number of docs.

My master data text info-package is getting stuck in yellow status until it times out.

The record counts are not equal 13:11:29 ( 3577 From 0 Records ) .

Look forward to your suggetions.

Thanks

Den

I would suspect an IDOC problem. It's possible all the data was received and loaded, but the IDOC messages simply didn't come through. If you are confident that you have all your data, you can set the process to green manually.

You are correct that the PSA is getting loaded but the status remains in yellow status.

My data load shows 4 packages but only 1 passed to the psa.

Yes I could set the status manually to green but that is not practical for process chains.

Thanks

Hi Den,

Please check if sufficient authorizations for Remote-User in BW and

OLTP have been set correctly according to The SAP note 150315:

1. The RFC user on BW, receiving data from OLTP system, should have

S_BI-WHM_RFC and S_RS_ALL in the user profile.

2. The RFC user on OLTP, receiving request from BW system, should have

S_BI-WX_RFC, S_IDOC_ALL, and, B_ALE_ALL in the user profile.

Also check these notes, it can help you to solve it:

1333417: Performance problems when processing IDocs inmediately

1055679: IDoc-tRFC inbound with immediate processing may not

1051445: qRFC scheduler does not use all available resourcen

1032638: Myself extraction: Cursor disappears, IDocs in

Best regards,

Fran.

Thanks for the suggestions.

The BW IDOC status in blank and the OLTP IDOC status is 03 Data Passed to Port OK.

However the status remains Yellow until it times out then set to Red.

Not sure what is happening or where it is happening ECC or BW?

Thanks

Hi Dennis,

May I know how you solved this issue. Facing same problem.

Loading data from source system(ztable) to BW.

Total Records at source system is 7 only.

When I run infoPackage request remains yellow at PSA level, but all data are received.

Checked all the steps:

in RSMO

(I) If no data available in the system, the request Status Successful

(II) If warning arise during processing, the request Status Successful.

in BD87

No Idoc is stucked.

in SM58

nothing happens at there

in SM51/50

I do not need to check this as I have only 7 records to get.

Please help to sort out this problem.

Many thanks.

Please check in the source system if there is any stuck TRFC.

If yes , please execute them manually. You can do this by going to Tcode SM58-->seleting the stuck( Transaction recorded state) LUW and press F6.

Hope this helps you.

Hi,

Please check the Job what it is doing in background in SM50/SM51.

If nothing then kill and repeat the job.
