Hi Dixit,
Go in SQL Service Configuration Manager and Check your instance service Logon As Column
Is there NT AUTHORITY/ Network Service or LocalSystem
if there LocalSystem then change to NT AUTHORITY / NetworkService
Because I faced the same problem at Client Connection but I solve this issue through this Changes
If you required then Repair your SQL Setup

I am getting this same error message as well. Has there been a resolution to this error? Should I upgrade to the latest Patch level?

Check the Server Ports - in the serevr firewall
these should be open
1433 - SQL sever
30000 and 30001 for SAP licence
Most recently we had the same issue, opening the following port worked, I am still researching what this port is and why we need it open.
PORT = 16149
Hope this helps
if any of the SAP employees are watching this thread appreciate your input.

Hi,
As you have mentioned that the database is in recovery Mode. You can't connect to that respective data base .
If you click refresh in the SAP B1 Log in Screen then the data base will not be listed in the List.
This is an MSSQL problem . The solution is to create a new database and restore with a good back up or contact SAP Support .
Think that the data base would have been corrupted.
With regards,
Eshvanth Singh
