I am using one custom made report where in I have option of export (save data).
When I generally click on this option, data get saved in a spreadsheet directly; from past couple of days I am unable to see the export tab and other facilities.
Request to guide where this setting s are made.

first contact your abaper and ask about that;
second,
others ways you can try:
1. from the main menu goto System-List-Save-Local file . Select excel sheet then.
2. send your report layout to SPOOL (print) , run SP02 , find your item and try to download data from spool to the local file/excel sheet
