Move IN and Move out Process

Dear All ,

Can any body tell me about the process of Move In and Move out from Business Master data to Technical Master data and Move In and Move Out . Install meter and Meter Reading in particular order For Example Following :

Correct me if i am wrong :

Move In :

1)Create BP bp

2)Create Contract account caa1

3) Create Connection object ES55

4) Create Premise ES60

5) Create Installation ES30

6) Create Device Location ES65

7) Install meter EG31

😎 Move in customer EC50E

9) Create MRO EL01

10) Enter read EL28

Move Out:

1) Create Periodic Meter read order/bill order EL01

2) Create move out EC55E

3) Verify periodic bill order suppressed ES31

4) Generate Final Bill EASIBI

5) Verify BP moved out ES31

Looking forward for any help, correct me if i missed any thing and kindlu also help me on Reconnection and Disconnection process as well.

Hello,

This all looks good however when the Move-in, Move-out process is execution a meter reading order is automatically created either with meter reading reason:

06 Meter reading at move-in

OR

03 Final meter reading at move-in/out.

It is not necessary to manually create the MRO via EL01 here.

It is also possible to create the business partner and contract account at the time of move-in.

Hi

Can you elborate on what exactly you are looking for?

You have the transaction codes for Move-in/Out, you can also use EC70 for accelerated move in/out...

For disconnection / reconnection the transaction is EC85.

FIrst you generate the disconnection order and then enter the disconnection.

From here can then also implement reconnection....

I am looking for help thanks again you revert back on the reply , i need the process steps like for example ,

First we create BP that is business master than create Technical object ( connection object , premises, Installation , device location ) i donot know the sequence and donot know when to create the device and Install meter , at what time i should create the disconnection order and take the reading stuff like that .

Appreciate your help in this regards if u can tell me the right sequence of busnisee and technical master data with Full install meter and device creation or disconnection reconnection

The steps u have mentioned look fine.As mentioned earlier,MRO need not be created explicitly during move in/move out.Creation of device can be done using IQ01 and this device/serial no should be used during full installation(EG31).

Also,ES31 is change installation,u can verify BP has moved out by checking EL31 and seeing that the reading reason 03 exists.

The order will be as below:

1)Create BP fpp1

In move in process u need not create a contract account, it will automatically be created in background when u move in.

In case of move out:

1) Create move out EC55E

2) Create Periodic Meter read order/bill order EL01

3) Verify periodic bill order suppressed ES31

4) Generate Final Bill EASIBI

5) Verify BP moved out ES31

Disconnection can be done from EC85 and reconnection from EC86.
