Performance Appraisal Issue.

Hi,

I have done the configuration for appraisal template and running the same template for the test data. I am taking Validity Period as 01.04.2016 to 31.03.2016 as i want to run the appraisal for this period and execution period as 01.04.2010 to 31.03.2011. I am able to run this template with diffrent workflow between reporting, reviewing, accepting, HR officer. When this template comes finally to appraisee to see his appraisal ratings, he needs to click on complete button to complete the appraisal process, but here i am getting an error : Message no. HRHAP00_DOCUMENT307 - Appraisal date is earlier than earliest appraisal date. What is this error for? Can anybody help me in this regards to resolve the issuse?

Hi Milind

The validity of the appraisal documents begins as mentioned below is from the year 2016 and whereas you have maintained the excetution date as 2010.

Give the 01.04.2010 as the validity start date instead of year 2016.
