In Crystal Server CMC, how do I release session licenses?

I need to clear improperly logged out session that are tying up our licenses, and can't remember exactly what services I need to restart...can anyone helpl

I'd rather leave this post as is. Anyone finding it, can as per the instructions go to the BI Platform Forum and search for an answer there. In that forum space, there are 13 discussions on the subject.
