Gurus,

I want activate release procedure based on value & Pur.grp.

For value below 1000 one hierarchy & > 1000 one hierarchy .How to set it?

Hi,

Create Characteristics in CT04 with characteristics values like Purchase group and NET PRICE (effective value)

Keep Table and feild name in the additional data tAB,

In Basic Data TAB maintion Multipe value in value assignment TAB . Keep Character & Numeric format for Purcahsing Group & Value respectively.

In Value TAB,,,,,,Maintaion Values.....for both Characteristics.....

Also mainton additional TAB...

For Value: (for PO...............GNETW & for PR...............GFWRT)

For Purcahsing Group : ( For PO ....EKGRP & for PR .................EKGRP)

Create class with CL02 and assign these characteristics in this class values, then assign this class to class type 032 .Then customize release strategy according to standard config steps.

Note:

Crate Release Group, two release codes for C1 for less then 1000 & C2 for more then 1000 & cretae one release statergy Put the effective value release criteria according to value limit to release points in Assign Value in with help of CL20N/CL24N, in case of TR transport to other client/server.

You create two release strategies and assign release groups to the release strategy. Then assign the values to the release strategy, value upto 1-1000 for one strategy and value >1001 for second strategy, and then when PO is created it will follow the strategy according to value entered.

Create rl. procedure with 2 release strategy.

1 for below 1000

another above 1000
