in PTARQ, "entitlement planned" has a negative value. Why?

in report PTARQ-Time Accounts, the value displayed for "Entitlement Planned" is negative. But the quota has not been exceed, and the quota is set not to exceed in config. Why is it a negative value displayed?

below are the values displayed in PTARQ for one employee

entitlement=120 hrs

used=64hrs

unaproved=8hrs

approved=56hrs

Entitlement Used=56hrs

Entitlement Approved=0hrs

Entitlement Planned= 8- hrs (minus!) ???

run the rptarqpost and the issue would be solved

During the intermiadiate run ie creation and approval, only simulation is done, no deduction rule ect is followed

it is done once leave is posted and it wil;l be rectified

Check if untransferred absences or being accounted here and also accrual entitlements that are not yet accumulated.
