Does anyone know what does this error message mean?

Hannes,

It means you should specify a disposition function in XML request.

You have logged a ticket to Primary Support and it is in my queue, however, I can't reach you on phone number that we have in the system. Please update the ticket with your contact phone number.

The problem was that someone accidentally left the build-in PMS disposition router to one NC code.
