Installing Virsa tool by Transports

Hi,

I have transports and needs to install the same for a project.

What i know is through SPAM/SAINT we can import CAR files but how do we handle installtion by transports?

Hi,

If you want to install virsa RTA's in backend system then this is not a supported way to apply patches. You have to use SPAM/SAINT to apply virsa RTA's in the backend.

I went through STMS.Could you be please little more specific on which option do i choose?

transports are on my desktop.

FYI we are SAP BASIS 700 release.

Virsa 3.0 transports on 700 system.

Hello Praveen,

Transport files are imported using transaction STMS - transport Management System. I suggest you get in touch with your Basis administrator for importing the same.

You will have to go to the portal administration section where SAP GRc is installed and perform the transports.

please read the guide, everything from GRC cannot be transported ( you will have to import and export )

Installation and configuration guides for GRC has step by step instruction.
