ABAP Dump during MC93

Hi, i created a new info structure in MC21 and new planning type based on 'D' delta planning. When i create this plan in MC93, i encounter abap dump ' GETWA_NOT_ASSIGNED_RANGE' if i did not enter all the characteristic values in the selection. Can anyone advise how to resolve this?
