variables in Phrase text

Hi Friends,

I am working with Phrase text changes in transaction CG12 and there are some variables used in the text that are filled in run time and displayed. May I know where these variables are maitainted and i need to have my own variables to fill at run time dynamically.

Hello

I assume that your question is related to texts printed/used in DG environment or printed/used WWI area. I have no knowledge regarding text replacements dynamically at run time direct using cg12.

In this area SAP provides two options regarding your question. One old one and one new one. The old one works with an userexit and is used in most cases in the DG area. Associated to the userexit is a function module which can be replaced by a customer specific one. The data is derived from several places in EH&S. Please refer to the OSS notes mentioned regarding details.

The other option is used more in the EH&S PS area and in the WWI environment.

Both options do use a little bit different technical set up.
