Sales Order permissions

Hi

Right now when I click on BP_SLS_EMP in webclient UI, I can access sales orders using 'work center' Sales Orders.

Now the requirement I have is that this user should only be able to view the sales documents and should NOT be allowed to change or update sales orders. How can this be done?

Is this something I do in PFCG by customizing authorizations or is this controlled using backend roles?

Any help would be appreciated

PFCG roles should be used in controlling the behaviour, but in that case all the users under the PFCG role would be effected.

Yes, you must use pfcg role. To control that, use authorization objects CRM_ORD_LP and CRM_ORD_PR.
