We are using a crosstab in crystal reports XI for plotting history data.

The last column is the most resent data. This data shoud be printed in an other color and be bold.

Does anayone have a solution or suggestion to fix this problem?

You can format the header and the column based on the header value.

Right click on the header and select format and go to font conditional formating. There will be formating functions available to help you.

You are looking for the Grid Value functions at the bottem of the functions list.

Thanks for the tip.

I tried to format the results (summerized fields). The result is that all summerized fields are formated the same and not only the results in the last column of the crosstab. Any suggestions?

Solution foud: use in the formating text the folowing command:

If GridRowColumnValue("ocm_report_view.sample") = {?Pm-#SampleID1} Then crRed Else crBlue

The solution is the use the database field (ocm_report_view.sample) without { } in the formula.

Thanks
