I met a serious problem last week. My client has upgrade their BOE XIR 3 SP2 to SP3, and after the upgrade process, webi processing servers seem not stable. A "Failed" status for the processing servers thrown. I have tried to restart it manually and it still shows the Failed status.
And this happens randomly, not refreshing particular report or something else will still give the error.
I have also checked the log file. Here is the log message segment:
kc3_bo_intl_wstring.cpp:777:static bo_wstring c3_intl::Context::GetDominantLocale(const bo
_utf8string&): TraceLog message 1

Totally lost my mind. Your help might help me out.
Thanks in advance.

WIllem,
Resolved or not.
Here is a clue for you. We faced same unstable issue when apply 'Save as Excel" for a specific report. But no idea for root cause.
Hopeful it will help you to address your case. Any finding please share would be appreciated.
Regards,
Lei
