Hii
What is the interfaces with MM in SAP??
Can some body explain me about this in detail . With some real time examples ...
Thanks
Hi,
Interfaces are written & used for exchange/update/send/receive data between SAP and Other systems on an ongoing basis. It work as business connector between two systems & can be used for many times till you want but you used conversions which are written to load data into SAP only once/onetime.
For more check the linkS:

If you are talking of interfacing of MM with other modules, here it goes.
SD needs to make a sale. So it requires finished goods to be sold. So it requires inventory management
to process the stock for its sales order.
PP = requires material for production cycle, so it refers to inventory management for raw material, packing material
for its production process.
QM = Without material coming in through MM, Quality inspection cannot take place.
So basically the whole Supply Chain is dependant on MM.
Now MM is integrated with FI for all accounting document, so MM cannot work without FI.
