Hi

You can upload from excel file as well or create an LSMW to upload the values in KP06

As regards downloading the KP06 template, you wont need to download it if you use LSMW.. based on your recording in LSMW, system will propose you the fields required to be filled up in the excel file

Use shortcut key F12 button .function key (F12 ) is the SAVE AS options.
