If solution manager is implemented, then documentation of roadmap is done from it.

If not, then word is the document used for blueprint, and for presentations ppt.

We take print out of blueprint, and get it signed from the client.

It depends on the modules in the implementation. Mostly it is 2 consultants per module.

Middle scale industry I have seen around 20-25 consultants on one project, big project, one module can have around 10 consultants as well.

hi,

yes, BBP is very very important document, based on which further project is forecasted and estimated...

You will ofcourse have talk with project head or department heads who will tell you the requirements like reports, features etc ...

You can also check the below link which may usefull for you...

Hi,

The Business Blue Print (BBP) document is confidential & describes the following:

1.Enterprise Structure

2.Business requirements

3.Suggestions

4.To-Be Process

5.Comments & Gaps

Initially BBP is a word document contains header & footer with special format. The header contains client logo and SAP Implementation company logo & Footer contaions consultant name with designation. Later BBP word document converted to PDF and get sign off from client.

Configuration document are prepared in word based on business process with all details technical stuffs like certain settings & general cross-integration-scenario settings and integration-scenario-specific settings.

Then you will have User manual in word format & then converted to PDF which are self explanatory and study themselves and use the sap easy access very comfortably.

PPT/PPTu2019s is/are created to explain process in brief and can be used for presentation.

Regards,
