I have created Holiday calender and kindly let me know where these calender ID is used in configuration of Time management.

Hi,

Holiday Calendar ID are assigned in Work Schedule Rules.

SPRO -> IMG -> Time Management -> Work Schedules -> Work Schedule Rules and Work Schedules -> Set Work Schedule Rules and Work Schedules.

Before doing this step Personnel Subarea Groupings, Daily Work Schedules, Period Work Schedules and Day Types are to be maintained.

You need to assign the Holiday calender to personnel sub area .Holiday calender is using while creating work schedule rule and at the time of work schedule generation
