Hi,
Can anyone help me with my problem regarding SMOQUEUE? I'm having a hard time troubleshooting the status of this tcode. I can't make the SMOHQUEUE status to RUNNING. The Status of the Queue Demon is just STARTING eventhough I Stop and Start it. All of queues are in RELEASED status.
I already checked if there are locked entries (sm12) but there were none.
Regards,
Mike
Hi Mike,
What exactly do you mean by "SMQR inactive"? Your CSA* queues should be registered there.
Also be aware that the status display of SMOHQUEUE isn't automatically refreshed.
Also check for any entries stuck in SMQ1, SMQ2 or via SMW02(A).
Hope this will help.
Kind regards,
KZ

Hi Michael,
Please make sure the following:
>Status of the R&R Queues should be 'RELEASED'.
>Logical RFCs should be created with the naming convention
SAPCRM_MW_RR_000
SAPCRM_MW_RR_<Client no>
Make sure that the USER should have all the authorizations of the system while creating the RFCs.
>In SPRO goto path
CRM Middleware and Releated Components>Generating Industry Specific Objects and Services>Activate Data Synchorizatoin-->Say New Entries
select the checkbox Data Sync Active.
After that execute the Industry Specifc Objects just below the select applications
a background job will be scheduled it will ask you the job was scheduled already do you want to continue say yes. For the status of this Background job can be monitored in the transaction GENSTATUS tcode.
>Define the queues CIR,CRI, CSA, R3A, R3U in the SMQR because these queues should be defined the for the client that you are using.
Start the Queue Demon
Then you will see the Status of the QUEUE Demon will change from 'STARTING' to 'RUNNING'.
Hope this helps you,
Regards,
Nags.

Hi Micheal,
I am also facing the same problem. The Queue Demon status in SMOHQUEUE is always "Starting".
Were you able to resolve this issue? Whats the solution?

Ajay

Hi,
There are entries in the SMOUSERS table (as I've seen in SE12). It contains the site and some customer numbers.
The SFAMITABT field is also the same as the Criteria Low Value in the User (by Employee) subscription.
One thing I noticed was the Status of the Queue Demon was "STARTING"
Thanks,
Mike

Ideally, status of the queue demon should be "Running" & Status of 5 queues (AC_EXTRACT, EXTRACTBLK, EXTRACT, REALIGN, SUBCHECK) should be "Released".
If this is not the case & you are unable to get queue demon to this standard state then would suggest you involving SAP (OSS message) for a quick resolution.

Hi,
I've tried checking the queues but it didn't give me any progress. Still, there are no queues in SMQ1 for my mobile site. Although I already activated and deactivated the site, extracted the subscriptions needed, do conntrans, there were no values in SMOUSERS because I cannot get any values in the outbound queues.
Have any idea?
Regards and Thanks,
Mike

Hi,
CSA* and R3A* are registered in SMQR. In SMOHQUEUE, "REALIGN" queues are released. The problem is I cannot send the queues in the outbound queues for my mobile site.
Thanks and Regards,
Mike

Hi Mike,
I assume you have assigned the necessary subscriptions and maintained publications for the required objects for your mobile site in the admin console (SMOEAC). Has your mobile site been activated? If it is inactive, data updates are still aligned but data is not extracted to outbound queues. You could possibly check this using transactions SMWMCOMM and SMWMQUEUES.
You could try using the data integrity manager (SDIMA) to identify the out of sync data between CRM/CDB and synchronize it automatically, but I think that would only be helpful after solving your initial problem.
For an FAQ list check SAP note 765236.
Hope this helps, kind regards,
KZ
Hi,
Do not attach too much of importance to the status displayed on SMQR or SMOHQUEUE. Please ensure that in SMQR all the CSA* and R3A* queues are registered.
For smohqueue, all the re-alignment queues must not have any messages that has failed.
