Interactive planning book transaction error

hello

It is observed many times that even though user is assigned to any particular planning book

user sometimes get an error,,,when hit /n/SAPAPO/SDP94..screen directs to change planning book screen

looks like it is some type of inconsistency did any one come across this type of issue if yes any solution to solve the same?

The authorization object associated with display and change access in the planning book is governed by C_APO_PB. can you please check with this object is correctly defined in the roles assigned to the users. you may want check with your BASIS folks if the correct restrictions has been provided in the roles.

Hi

Can you check the authorization for the respective users. We had similar issue in which user were not have adequate authorization. Our Authorization team had put the trace and find out the authorization for missing object & provided to users.
