Description of Problem or Question: Failed to load database information

Product\Version\Service Pack\Fixpack (if applicable): Business Object XI 3.1 (Edge Series)

Relevant Environment Information (OS & version, java or .net & version, DB & version):

Windows Server 2008 (32bits)

Oracle Database 10g Enterprise Edition Release 10.2.0.1.0 - 64bit

What has already been tried (where have you searched for a solution to your question/problem):

The information was searched in the product help, SAP forum, internet

1)The services were started with an admin user

2)Iu2019ve already installed instantclient-basic-win32-10.2.0.5, in a folder that is accessible for all users.

2.a.There were defined ORACLE_HOME, ORACLE_BASE, LD_LIBRARY_PATH, TNS_NAMES, TNS_ADMIN system variables and ORACLE_HOME was added to PATH system variable

3)The connection with the database was checked and it is possible to connect to it by using SQLPlus

4)It is been used Database Type > Select a database driver > ORACLE

5)The u2013trace option was enabled for JobServer, but no exception is shown in the log file.

6)The report loads information when it is run from Crytal Reports (designer), which is intalled in other workstation.

Steps to Reproduce:

1) Create a report by using Cristal Reports

2) Copy rpt file to server

3) Update Database configuration in report properties (Central Management Console)

4) Run the report

Do not use the instant client. Install the full oracle client either with the Runtime or the Administrator installation option.

Try putting ORACLE_HOME/lib (or lib32, whatever it's called) in the path or whichever folder the client library is. It used to be called oci.dll.
