Consolidation of shipments (2 different company codes)

Dear Gurus,

my customer tries to send goods to a third party customer.

therefore it needs to ship together deliveries from two different company codes (affiliates)

Any idea how to integrate shipments from deliveries from different company codes?

If this can be done, we still would need to create shipment costs for every delivery.

How does the physical flow of goods look like? For those separate deliveries, are they shipped in one truck/container.. ?

And is there single sending warehouse and one customer location?

Because potentially you do not need to consolidate two shipment documents. Instead you could think of creating single shipment which is linked to deliveries from different company codes. Best here if your shipment costs are defined at shipment level.

Alternative could be that you create transportation chain and link the shipments via 'continuous move'. But I'd suggest checking the above first.
