CRM Complaints extraction/

i am using 0crm_complaints_i for extracting complaints into bw

now there are field Serial number that i need to extract which i can see in CRM_ORDER_READ but not in extractor

so i enhanced extractor and activated it.

Question-1 What coding needs to be done in BADI- bw_mdoc_flow ?

Q2- in BWA1 what segment should be used for Serial Number ?

i can find my field Serial number in there but cannot assign segment to it.

Q3 - if i try to use CMOD - and write abap code in ZXRSAU01 will it ignore BADI and populate Serial # in extractor ???

q4- in BWA1 where does the segment names and segment fields gets populated?

where can u find segment information in which tables etc ????
