SPM connector

Have a problem that I have never seen....I have a connector defined in CUP, connection sucessful....the same connector configuration in SPM gives an error:

when I have seen this error before, it didn't work in CUP or RAR either. This is the first time that I have seen this error only in SPM. Any ideas?

Sorry, my bad...client was wrong!

Hi Jack,

Can you check if you are using the correct User ID and password. This issue may occur even when incorrect login details are added in the connector configuration.

Also make sure that the other settings are appropriate.
