maintaning no. range at escise group level

Dear CONS

I configure step by step for our new excise group. when I am going to maintain no.range in t-code- snro the new excise group is not coming. pl. help me though every thing is correct,

Hi,

First update the Exsie grp in table J_1INEXCGRP through se11 and Maintain the Number range for yuor exise grp.

Hi Nirupama,

Once you define a new excise grp in Customization it will not appear untill you will not update your new exise grp in table J_1INEXCGRP, So you should create the same excise grp in table thrgh in T-code se16-create-Enter your new excise grp and save.

Now try to maintain the number rage in J1I9 against your new created excise , it will work.

number ranges would be creating series group wise in snro transaction.
