Internal error during pricing in CRM sales order

Hi,

While creating sales order i am getting following error in sales order

Internal error during pricing.

i am not understading what will be the cause of error

currently working on CRM 7.0

we have replicated all pricing condition types from ECC

Hi Kishore,

Reset the VMC and run IPC buffer program in each app server. This will resolve the issue.

Hi,

the thread is old, but I'm posting one finding since it might be relevant for other people.

I had the same error described in this post and I found that the reason in my case was that parameter PRC_CALC_TRACE = X was assigned to my user. My colleagues didn't have that setting and they were not experiencing the issue.

When removing that parameter, the error disappeared also for me.

Hello kishore kumar,

Tell basis Team to restart Java Instances.

After that check in Sales Order. If you still get that error then download below objects in a Sequence.

1. DNL_CUST_CNDALL

2. DNL_CUST_CND

3.DNL_CUST_PRC

Hi kishore kumar !

Try to use the price analysis in SAP GUI (set user parameter PRC_TRACE = X in SU3) to get further details.
