Reg- Users in Gray status in SCUL

Hi All,

while doing the SCUG, and subsequently during the daily actyivities. I found that users are in Gray status in SCUL.

And when I execute the distribute manually for each user, it is becoming green.

what have to be done for making this distribution smooth.

Kindly share your views in this regard.

Hi Subhashini,

I suggest, that you check the status of the idoc for such a user with grey status (unconfirmed) in the child system. Propably its '64'. In such case you can set up the customizing of inbound processing to automatically schedule a job for inbound processing.

SAP note 399271 gives a good overview, 555229 and 734576 from ALE side....

Thanks for your reply.

It is exactly the same, the status in the child system is 64 for 561 idocs...

In the central system everything is in 03 status, so is it fine if i schedule a BG job in child system alone.

I will check the notes first.

-->Remember, that the RFC user needs then additional authorizations for creation/release of that jobs.....

I have given the mentioned authorization to the communication user used in RFC.

and then the synchronization worked perfectly.
