Dear Experts,

I want to delete "Released" process orders from the database completely. it is not possible to set the deletion flag due to ORRQ status. I found a thread for archiving and deleting the production orders but it is not applicable for process orders. Please help me out of this. i want the process orders completely deleted from the database.

thanks

Thanks for your replies.

But I am facing some problems now, as far as the deletion flag is concerned it can not be set for orders with status 'ORRQ'. i have to delete released orders.for released orders the message "System status ORRQ is active" occurs.

secondly when i come to archiving for orders with deletion flag set it is producing a message "No order corresponds to selection criteria".

Please tell where am i going wrong or missing something??

Dear

Either goto COAC-

Choose Logistics - Production - Process -Process Order- Tools -DB Archiving- Process Order. The initial screen for archiving process orders appears.

Choose Delete.

Select one or more archive files.

Enter the start date.

Enter the spool parameters and finally execute

Hi,

Orders can only be archived after you have activated a deletion flag in the order. You can do this either manually or automatically (that is, in a background job). After a first residence time has elapsed (which is there in T Code CORN), the deletion indicator is activated for those orders with a deletion flag by running a background job. After a second residence time is over, the orders are archived and deleted from the database at the same time.

You can use COAC for doing archive.
