Hi,
I just activated the service /default_host/sap/crm/crm_tracking, so I could use tracking of URL.
But I need a ITS user so the service works, otherwise the customer are prompted for a user/pw every time the click on our e-mails links.
I looked in our IDES system, but the ITSGLOBAL user there has the profile SAP_ALL.
Our Authorization people are not that found of creating a user with the profile SAP_ALL.
Do anyone know witch profiles / roles are necessary in combination with this service?

Hi Michael
Nope, not yet, still working on it. If i enter the host name in HTTPURLLOC example xxx.xxx.com, the URL link emails will be resplaced with this URL and port number, but the replaced url is wrong which is ://hTTP://
I am still looking for proper solution, have managed to get some solution yet?
regards
shankar
Hi Michael,
Did you consider to use transaction ST01 in order to track all necessary authorization objects needed for your scenario?

Hi Gabriels,
I traced everything that happened on the server I pressed the link and got:

I don't think this helps anything
Hi Michael,
You need to be sure that you are using the transaction ST01 on the same application server where you execute your SICF application.
Additionaly, during the trace analysis, change the date criteria (the field named "From:" on Trace Analysis Screen).
Please let me know if you reach any different result.
Kind Regards,
Gabriel Santana
