Optimiser Issue--liveCache COM routine ended with own error code 41

Hi,

I am facing issue while running optimiser in interactive and batch mode. While writing result, optimiser is failing and giving error statement as--liveCache COM routine ended with own error code 41.

In result log i can see that optimsier has planned everything but not able to write data in live cache.

This issue is happening with some products only.

Can any one suggest me solution for this.

Hello Akhilesh,

Com error 41 is about 'Invalid time interval'.

Check your master data and also ensure you have no livecache issues, by /SAPAPO/OM17.

Hey Michel,

I also experiencing the same issue unfortunately there is no Livecache issue found and also when i am spliting the entire selection profile into small group, optimizer ends successfully, it means there must not be any master data issue. am i correct?

what could be reason for this failure?
