Function module LOY_MEMBER_ADDR_FIND_RFC missing in CRM

Hello,

We are implementing CRM loyalty management. when we try to update and save a business partner in CRM, the system gives a dump. the system says function module "LOY_MEMBER_ADDR_FIND_RFC" is missing in CRM.

Check for this software component CRMLOY

CRMLOY 700 0005 SAPK-70005INCRMLOY CRM Loyalty Management 700

Check if this component is installed or available in your crm system, may be ask basis was it installed as part of installation..

This could be due to this..
