Load CRM role to EP portal with ISA B2B - no Iview available

CRM 7.0

created a CRM role that when launched from crm (crm_ui) all BSP's and launching ISA B2B works fine.

used this document to upload to EP Portal, the CRM BSP pages work fine but launching ISA generates error

There is no iView available for system "SAP_CRM": object "CRMLinkNav".

Our CRM role is only loosely similiar to CHM-PM, but even if we use the OOTB portal roles for the CRM buinsess package we get the same error on the Buy & Sell tab.

working the issue with OSS, in the CRM portal in Content Administration > portal content > business objects > has folder path

SAP_CRM_UI > CRMLinkNav > CHM-CRN-PSP

this looks to match CRM config =
crm t-code CRMC_IC_LTX_URLS for url id CHM-XCM-B2B
System alias = SAP_CRM_UI
Object Name = CRMLinkNav
Portal operation = CHM-CRN-PSP

But I don't see how this controls what Iview CHM-CRN-PSP should call.

In the document I referenced in the 1st message, it suggested the portal alias should be SAP_CRM but based on the portal content SAP_CRM_UI should the alias be SAP_CRM_UI???
