License Audit Failure - Terminated Background Job preventing USMM completio

Hi gurus

I'm attempting to complete our licensing audit and ECP is giving me some grief. All other systems put through the same process are working fine.

When in USMM I go through the normal process and then click "System Measurement" and it goes away and does its thing.

Then later on if I click "Measurement Statistics" I get the error "1 Measurement Job(s) terminated"

Clicking OK it displays the stats.

Then if I attempt to export to the LAW file by either download or RFC it gives me the error "Last Measurement was not successfully performed (see USMM)".

Upon checking the background Job Log I have found the following set of errors:

25.11.2010 09:45:10 Job started 00 516 S

25.11.2010 09:45:10 Step 001 started (program RSUVM017, variant &0000000000005, user ID TYRONE) 00 550 S

25.11.2010 09:45:10 Measurement of application 0000 ("Measurement Extensions") BV 220 I

25.11.2010 09:45:14 Error when deleting from table "" BV 237 E

25.11.2010 09:45:14 Job cancelled after system exception ERROR_MESSAGE 00 564 A

Not too sure where to go from here as Google offers no clue and SAP Notes seem to be void of this info

Hello Map,

Please reference SAP Note 1130799 Measurement job 0000 "Measurement Extensions"

Reason and Prerequisites

During the system measurement, the measurement job 0000 "Measurement

Extensions" terminates. The job overview displays the job RSUVM017 as

"terminated". The job log displays the message BV 237.

This describes your exact problem, so applying this note should correct this error and solve this question.

I found a different note earlier today and applied it (SAP NOTE 1354137) and it fixed this issue, But definitely thanks for the input!
