Hi Denis,

this is answered in this thread..

In CRM for Interaction center scenario buttons are defined under this customizing in SPRO..

Customer Relationship Management->Interaction Center WebClient->Customer-Specific System Modifications->Define Toolbar Buttons.

if this helps, then new toolbar functional profile needs to be created with the buttons required and later needs to be assigned to business role.

Hope this helps..

Hi, Sumit Mittal

Thank you.

Now I know where i can rename buttons):

Customer Relationship Management->Interaction Center WebClient->Customer-Specific System Modifications->Define Toolbar Buttons.

But where I can do this?

"new toolbar functional profile needs to be created with the buttons required"

Where I can customize functional profile?

Denis.

Hi Denis,

In trnx. CRMC_UI_PROFILE (busines role) select ic_agent or eqv. z-role which you have created, then select first entry Assign Function Profiles" under Define Business Roles..

In the last you can see WBAR function profile, give the z-profile value which you will be creating in customizing tool bar profiles instead of default here.

Hope this helps..

Hi Denis,

My mistake, i think this is what you are looking for..

Interaction Center WebClient->Basic Functions->Communication Channels->Define Toolbar Profiles

Here you can customize the toolbar profile, copy default and modify the z profile based on your requirement later you can assign it to functional profile under business roles..

Hope this helps..
