STO Deliveries are not updated in Billing Due List

Dear All,

While running Billing Due List (VF04), system is not showing the list of deliveries created for Stock Transport Orders.

Our Stock Transport Invoice is a Proforma Invoice.

I doubt, since it is a proforma invoice, system is not showing the delivery in the due list.

If this is the case, how to identify the list of deliveries waiting for Proforma Invoice.

Please suggest.

Tx: VOV7 - check STO item category details and you will observe that its not relevant for billing.

Billing due list will not show the documents which are not relevant for billing.

instead using VF04, use list of deliveries - VL06O with delivery type ( in std:NL) to find the list of STO deliveries.

Hi raja,

You may have to develop a report to get the "NL" DCs based on the Act. goods movement date (Selection parameter) and find whether any PI exist against that or not , then get the output for the cases where it doesn't exist.

There is no option/report in the SAP standard for this , because PI is based on requirement only,Not a mandatory element.

1.a.goto VOV7 - check the item category for STO and plese assign D - relevant for proforma - Please check.

2.if this is the case, how to identify the list of deliveries waiting for Proforma Invoice.

2.a. goto VLO60 - there press push button list of out bound delivries - give NL in the place of delivery and you will the infrmation what you want.
