Hi Experts,

We are working with crystal report 2008 and SAP BW version 7.0

I had saved one crystal report on my local machine and now when I am trying to save this report to BW through crystal report, I receive below error:

"COM exception caught in CExToolBar::UploadFromLocalFile(). HR=0x80004005"

Can anyone please help with this?

Thanks in advance,

Regards,

Nilima Rodrigues

Hi,

SAP Frontend with BEx 7.x and BW 3.5 Add Ons are installed ?

did you also update the transports in the BW system to the SP1 transports ?

Hello experts,

we have the same problem. We are on BW 7.3 and BO 4.0. We are using CR 2011. Problem occures especially if we want to save a report in BW which includes fields from a function module from BW.

BW 3.5 Add Ons are installed.

We imported the following transports:

* Open SQL Connectivity transport (K900732.R21 and R900732.R21) -> First as in Admin Guide documented!

* Info Set Connectivity transport (K900688.r21 and R900688.r21)

* Row-level Security Definition transport (K900689.r21 and R900689.r21)

* Cluster Definition transport (K900690.r21 and R900690.r21)

* Authentication Helpers transport (K900691.r21 and R900691.r21)

* Content Administration transport (K900722.r21 and R900722.r21)

* Personalization transport (K900705.r21 and R900705.r21)

* ODS Connectivity transport (K900695.r21 andR900695.r21)

* MDX Query Connectivity transport (K900694.r21 andR900694.r21)

Is there any Idee what the problem could be?

Thank you in advance!

Peter

Not sure why you posted this in the Database connectivity forum so I moved it to the SAP Integration Kit forum.
