SICF services for CRM WebUI and Interaction Center

Hi all!

Anybody can tell me exactly, what services should be activated in SICF for using CRM WebUI and Interaction Center? I've activated all from note 1115493, but after successful login and profile selecting, the service give error.

And after activating absolutely all services, SAP goes crazy:

We had exactly the same problem, and still do.

SAP said that we should check notes 1115493 and 1295006, but all the SICF entries in these notes were already active.

The other note mentioned was 1415738, although this has a valid since date of 04.02.2010 and there seems to be a new note (773830) which is valid since 03.11.2010 which we found independantly. SAP insist that the three parameters need to have a FQHN (Fully qualified host name), I had to look that up. When we apply a FQHN (which you can see in RZ10) to all three paramters we get an error when the instance is re-started. As a result we removed the FQHN from parameters SAPLOCALHOST and SAPLOCALHOSTFULL and left the FQHN in against parameter icm/host_name_full. This last parameter already had a FQHN assigned, but having a FQHN against just one parameter as mentioned in note 773830 does allow the instance to be re-started, but the error is still encountered when going into the IC within the WebUI, but that's because we put the parameter values back to how they originally were so that we could get the instance started.

Hi, Jason!

Try to add into hosts file your ip and full host name, like this:

192.168.1.7 sapsrv09.local.net

If you have the same error, you should to activate all services under /sap/bc/bsp/sap
