Hi All,
While checking the status of any transaction status in account overveiw in transaction history the system is creating a interaction record automaically, in my scnarion this not required.
Can any body help me to stop this Interaction record creation.

Which SAP CRM version are you dealing with?
At Interaction Center of SAP CRM 7.0 you can use the button "Cancel" located at toolbar to leave the account without create an interaction record.
