MRP Batch Job cancelled after system exception ERROR_MESSAGE

Hi Gurus,

When I check the batch job in SM37 I got the below error,

Job cancelled after system exception ERROR_MESSAGE

Message no. 00564

Please let me know why this particular error is appearing in SM37.Also please clarify what action needs to be taken from me to overcome the above mentioned issue.

You should contact SAP for this...Message class '00' is different from regular ones

Can you please let me know how this is fixed? I had a similar issue.
