Change history table for Dispute case changes

Hi all,

I'm trying to find out the table that stores the changes made to dispute cases, specifically the header atributes such as reason code.

I looked at CDHDR/CPOS and FDM_DCATTR/FDM_DCPROC tables. But they don't seem to store the change history of dispute cases.

Didn’t see this post until now. Dispute is a derivation of Records and Case Mgmt, use the table SRMPROTOCOL for log. The POID filed of the table is your dispute GUID

Hi Chait,

I am looking for the table which updates change history of dispute case. i tried FDM_LDDB but surprisingly in my system this tablr doesnot contain any record inspite of having multiple dispute in my system. Can you help/guide how did you find this table.
