Hi, I´m trying to set the work status but when I select in BPC Web: Work Status Option: 1 of 2) either Active CV or Another CV I get the message: 'You are not authorized to perform this task. Please contact your BPC administrator'.

In Administration I have the following configuration:

Application Work Status Setting:

Escenario Yes

Periodo Yes

TipoDato Owner

SociedadF No org_all

Moneda No eur

Marca No art_all

Mercado No mkt_all

Application Concurrent Lock:

Work Status:

Task profiles, under security, have SetWorkStatus assigned to the profile.

Any ideas about what could the problem be?

Hi Monica,

the work status, cannot be set by team, but by owner self that means the user only can submit set workstatus

Hi,

Please check whether you are included in the "TipoDato" owner dimension property without which you won't be able to make any changes in the work status.

I´am trying to assign team to the owner propierty and the reviewer property for my dimension of type 'E'.

When I assign a user I don´t have any problems but when I try to process with a Team the dimension it returned with an error user is not valid. The user I assign is domainAdminTeam

Hi,

You can assign team as owner.If you assign team,the name should be in square bracket.

Eg: [BPC_ADMIN].
