Hello experts,
I have a question regarding Outlook Integration.
Can emails through SAP be tracked using SAP?
The customer is using Outlook Integration. When an email (containing an invoice for example) is sent through, the email is stored in the users sent folder in Outlook.
Is there a way that SAP can track all sent emails through SAP through an activity or some other feature?
Thank you,
Andy
You can track it using SQL query. There are OI tables stored in the SBO db. All the OI tables will be begun from @BO..., so just use query generator --> enter @BO* and then press tab, there will appears table lists. You can search the @BO table that store the sent e-mail.

Thanks Jim.
I tried that in query generator but nothing was showing up even though I have sent an email through SAP using Outlook integration.
Can you please confirm for me what the name of the table is in which the emails would be stored i.e. @BOEMAIL or @BOOADM (both of which I tried but unfortunately no success).
Kind regards,
Andy
