Use the following steps,
1. In TCode: SCAL, initially check the public holidays existing in the system, whether those public holidays are sufficient or not, if not create your own public holidays.
2. Then Create public holiday calender and attach your public holidays to this public holiday calender.
3. Then create your own factory calender and attach your public holiday calender to the factory calender and select the working days in a week and then save.
The above are the steps involved in creating a new factory calender.
Please check and revert.
Before create the Factory calender you need to Holiday calendar Entry Z9 does not exist in THOC means Z9 is holiday calendar which is not yet created.
In SCAL fir create Holiday then holiday Calender then assign this to your new Factory calendar. Else you can use the existing holiday calender also.
Go To SCAL Select third radio button Factory calendar then click on change ICON Pencil
Then select the create option (Shift +F4)
Insert details of Factory Calendar ID and Text
Then Go to field Holiday Calendar ID do drop down F4 Select the existing Holiday Calendar ID
and work days and save it.
