Hi BW Team

I am adding field PLKNZ (planned work order indicator )in data source 2lis_17_i3oper, this filed exist in LO cockpit, so I think I need to maintain data source in lo cockpit, and update mode we are currently using is queued delta ,

Can u please tell me the exact steps which I have to perform in development client?

And the steps which I have to perform in production client before and after transport

If I add this field, is it going to disturb delta mechanism, what I have to do if I don’t want to disturb the delta mechanism?

Is it possible for me to get historical data for this field?

In what sequence I have to perform all this operations

Dear Rahman,

For you to add the PLKNZ field to your 2lis_17_i3oper data source got to tcode:lbwe under plant maintenance.

Select the datasource and click at 'maintenance'.

choose the PLKNZ field from the pool and transfer it to the selection criteria. Then, make sure you save it into a transportable package.

After that check your datasource at rsa6 and the field should appear there.

To transport it to production client, make sure you transport the datasource together with the package you save just now.

Then, make sure you transport the new mapping in transfer rules to the new field in your datasource in BW.
