SAP CRM 7.0 Utilities Assignment

Hi,

I am working on an SAP CRM 7.0 Utilitues assignment, where I have to enhance following BOL Objects :

Premise

ISUDevice

PointOfDelivery

PointOfDeliveryCompleteQuery.

I would like to know if there is a step by step process to enhance these Objects or can I directly go ahead an enhance the BOL structure and then take care of these new attributes in the GENIL coding ?

Hi Atul,

There is no specific defined way to enhance the TMD objects in CRM. We need to follow the regular approach of enhancing the BOL structures and writing the necessary logic in GENIL classes.

Hi Arvind,

Use the report : ECRM_ISU_TO_ENH_POD to do the enhancement of the technical objects first.

Also, look at the view CRMV_IUIL_OBJPRO for enhancing the BOL Layer.
