repricing in CRM

Hi

We have CRM 7.0 and ECC integrated.

WE are creating our pricing config in ECC.

Downloading the pricing config to CRM.

I have created a sales order in CRM webclient UI.

But I had to change the Pricing config in ECC.

Downloaded the changed pricing config into CRM.

I updated the quantity on the sales order created earlier as mentioned but the pricing is not recalculating based on new conditions that are downloaded.

I have to click on the reprice in LIne item for the new pricing to appear.

Why is this?

is this standard?

Any pointers would be greatly appreciated.

Regards

Hi Jimmy,

changing the quantity just changes the condition basis and thus would impact the calculation result in pricing. But it will not trigger a redetermination of a condition record. So if you change condition records you need to force redetermination by the reprice button in an already existing item.

Best Regards,

Michael

There are around 300 Sales Documents for which the pricing has to be recalculated in CRM. Is manually repricing the only way to do it.?

I am thinking SAP must have a way to automatically recalculate the pricing based on newly downloaded pricing conditions into CRM.

Hi,

Did you solve your issue?

I wish to have a back ground job processing for sales contract - do you have any inputs for me?
