Adding materials to delivery

Hello,

I want to know how can i block the possibility to add material to delivery after the delivery was created.

For example, I make purchase order by ME21N and create delivery in VL10B. After the delivery creation i want to block the possibility to add materials direct to the delivery without adding them first to the P.O.

in delivery document type OVLK.

change the value in item requirement as 201 and test.
