Import categorization Schema

Hi ,

I executed the report "CRM_ERMS_CAT_AS_IMPORT" for import categorization Schema from one system to another.Report excecution is successful.

But i could not able to see it Web ui (IC_Manager->Knowledge mangemenr->Categorization schema.)

Kindly let me know where is the problem exactly.

Hi,

Import category schemas using SAP program CRM_ERMS_CAT_AS_IMPORT

The detailed steps involved in order to perform above tasks are as below:

1.Import Categorization Schemas

Frontend Category Schemas are imported through RFC connections setup between source and target systems.

Program name u2013 CRM_ERMS_CAT_AS_IMPORT

Fill in the values as appropriate Schema names.

You can run a Simulation for testing first.

Execute the actual program.

2.Activate Category Schema

The Schema will be imported in a Draft state. Youu2019ll have to make the schema u2018Activeu2019 through IC_Manager role separately.

Login to IC Manager business role.

Search for the Schema you recently imported.

Change date and time and activate the Schema.

Save.

Hello experts,

if I want to use the report CRM_ERMS_CAT_AS_IMPORT in SM38,

how  has to be the formatting of the CSV in order to import the new  categorization schema?
