Error updating table J_1IPART2

Dear Experts,

We tried to create excise invoice using Tcode J1IS (Excise Inv for other movements) for the ref document type "OTHR". During that we are getting the error message as "Error updating table J_1IPART2".

Due to some business requirement, we modified the excise group settings. We are suspecting that after this modification only we are getting this issue.

Please advice us. We are in testing client only

Have you maintained new number ranges for this excise group ??

This issue is resolved. Since we made some configuration change in the excise group, the system refresh took some time.

Dear experts,

we didnt create any new excise groups. In the existing excise group we made the selection in the MIGO settings --> EI capture and saved.
